When you stake, do you start off staking 100k, if you lose, go to 200k, then if you lose, 400k, if ya lose 800k, etc? or just start off with 10m+ bets or whatever?

If you have a maxed boxer then that's a great way to stake. A lot of boxing is luck, and chances are if you have a maxed melee account you aren't going to lose a significant amount of times in a row.
